Hmong Evangelical Lutheran Outreach started as ministry at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in the early part of 1990s and was chartered in 1994.  It is the oldest Hmong LCMS Congregation in the state of Wisconsin.  At one time, Hmong Outreach has close to 200 people.  However, due to economic condition, many families relocated to other areas in search for employment. Currently, there are little over 100 members remains with more than half are children or young adults.  In May 2007, Hmong Outreach called its first pastor and it is the first Hmong congregation in Wisconsin to call a pastor.

Hmong Evangelical Lutheran Outreach exist to connect and equip people to become disciples of Christ through Word and Sacraments and for people to live their lives for Christ by loving and serving one another and the community with God's gifts.
