Once again many talented gourmet chefs will be cooking fresh Bratwurst, Hot Dogs and Hamburgers served by very attractive and pleasant hostesses. We will have all the trimmings, and deserts for your delight. Expect a wide variety of soft drinks and other beverages to quench your thirst throughout the day. There again will be valuable door prizes, kids and adult games and a wonderful live band for your entertainment.
Here is a short description of the band we selected that we believe you will be pleasantly surprised and happy to hear. The name is “Resolution 4” They are from Milton, Wisconsin and the leader, Terry Matulle, the son of Vern Matulle who is a member of our church:
“They are a 4 member musical group that has performed throughout the Midwest for over two decades. They are entertaining, talented and fun. That is a good description for Chuck, John, Terry and Andy who specialize in 60’s pop and country music. They however make music you will dance to, sing along with, and always want more of. They play standard Dance Favorites, Bellyrubbin Ballads, Songs of Escape, Contemporary Christian Songs, Country Classics, Harder Style Rock, and Fun Songs, and many more.
So, mark your calendars for Sunday, July 18th and ask your friends and family to meet you there. There will be a worship service at 11:00 under the tent prior to the picnic.
Live from noon to 4:00 p.m.
