Dear Parents,

As you well know Christmas is a very busy time. Along with the normal hustle of everyday life that we Americans, especially Midwesterners put upon ourselves, we add Christmas parties, family get together, shopping and a multitude of other activities we somehow find time for. In the end however I wouldn’t have it any other way. Christmas has a way of bringing out a little better effort from people to be nicer to their fellow man. As busy as it is Christmas helps us to catch up with our families and friends and support one another. Christmas especially helps us to focus on the Savior and appreciate the greatest gift that God has given us. I pray that you find this season as exhilarating as I do!

For the past six weeks your children have been preparing for the Christmas program this Sunday. The program is a very important part of our Christian curriculum. It is also very important to your children and to our congregation. We would like for your children to be at church by 10:10 a.m. We will meet in the church basement to get them ready. I look forward to seeing you on Sunday.

God’s Blessings,

Mr. Reinl
