YOUTH FOR CHRIST TREASURES IN THE TRUNK RUMMAGE SALE

Saturday, October 2, 8 am – 1 pm

The Fall Rummage Sale is going on!! – It will be run by the Youth For Christ – all monies going to the Youth Group for their events and the National Youth Gathering! It’s going to be run a little different than in years past.

This will be held in the parking lot – “vendors” (those wanting to sell what they no longer want) will set up and sell items from their car trunk (can have additional tables). Vendors will not handle any cash; a cashier station will be set up. Vendors will complete a log sheet for each shopper (or add to an existing sheet); the shopper will take their goods and their sheet to the cashier table and monies will be paid at that time. Vendors are to price their own items – and haggling is allowed. Please have someone tend your station at all times. At 1 pm, we ask that you take home any remaining items. Items cannot be dropped off at church – a vendor needs to sell the items.

Sign-up sheets will be in the back of the church for vendors, roamers, cashier duty, set up and some clean up

Vendors – when you sign up, please take a copy of the Vendor Instructions. Parking lot assignments will be made the week prior.

We pray that this morning of family-friendly fellowship may present a spirit of hospitality to all who participate, to people of the community and the congregation.

TRINITY AUCTION IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER

Our Trinity Auction/Dinner in the theme: I Will Not Be Shaken is scheduled for Saturday, November 6th at LaSure's Banquet Hall. Tickets will go on sale in the coming weeks. Tickets include dinner along with entry into our Silent/Live Auction for the evening. How can you help:

1. Pray for the success of our auction. In 2019, our auction was able to raise over $25,000 for our church and school.

2. Help procure auction donations. Do you have a favorite business you would be willing to request a donation from? Maybe you own your own small business or know a friend who does. Please consider asking for donations to our auction. Auction donations can be turned in to the church or school office or given to Shelly Rothe at church. We appreciate your help!

3. There are many other opportunities to help: Setting up baskets a few weeks prior, typing up and printing the auction booklet, transferring baskets the night before and setting up the morning of our auction. If you are interested in helping in any way, please contact, Shelly Rothe.
